50th Birthday in Venice

The only instruction was “There is no price limit for my wife’s 50th birthday party”. And we took this seriously. Dinners in private palazzi throughout Venice and even on a tugboat in the Grand Canal. Biking on the Lido. Private glass-maker’s visit. Music every night. Masks and personalized costumes for the birthday dinner. All catering by Harry’s Bar. Even helicopters for a day up into the Dolomites where a Michelin-2-star chef prepared lunch in a mountain hut at 6,000 feet while everyone enjoyed massages in heated tents.
