WINE
Having a wine négociant license and being situated in Beaune, the heart of Burgundy helps a great deal when seeking access to top wine producers.  And after 30 years in this famous vineyard area, we have plenty of friends, contacts and knowledge.

We have operated extraordinary programs through the major French wine growing areas – Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône Valley, Loire, Languedoc, Champagne – in the key Italian areas – Tuscany, Veneto, Piedmont, Umbria, Sicily – and also in La Rioja in northern Spain.

In the past we have planned custom programs for American wine producers, wine societies of prominent private clubs, Chapters of the Chevaliers de Tastevin and many private groups of friends who share an interest in wine.  Even the prestigious Berry Bros. & Rudd of London travels with us.

FOOD
Local markets, cheese making, bread baking, hands-on croissant lessons, chocolate molding, handmade pasta, truffle hunting, foie gras.  The best of each region is blended into the perfect combination for you.  We have visited secret grappa stills, crawled into attics where 100-year-old balsamic vinegar is maturing and tasted extra virgin olive oil before it is bottled.   What food experience fulfills your fantasy?
