Hamilton Fitzjames was founded in 1994 by Tom Hamilton and Athlyn Fitz­-James.   Athlyn now directs the affiliated company, Benefactor Travel while Tom continues to lead HF, overseeing a highly talented staff fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Dutch. 

Our main European office researches and develops the itineraries and operates all programs without any external agents thus ensuring complete control and the best possible price.  There is no waste on go-betweens and being so close to the product ensures that we are always up-to-date on new hotels, hot restaurants, local cultural events and the personal contacts to enhance your program.  Hamilton Fitzjames S.A.R.L. is licensed by the Prefecture of the Cote-d’Or in the Republic of France #LI.021.05.0003.

Our Client Relations Office is located in the Toronto area and connected by an 800-line in the Eastern Standard time zone. All questions, trip enquiries, mailings, travelers’ assistance, program registration and payment (by check, Visa or Mastercard) and insurance are handled from here.
